With temperatures dropping to their coldest point in 23 years, there is a distinctly chilly feel to the air.
Elizabeth Banks took desperate measures to stay warm as she filmed late daytime scenes in chilly Downtown Los Angeles on Wednesday.

She covered up her famous physique underneath a heavy quilted dressing gown as she waited for shooting to begin for Walk Of Shame.
And when the time finally came for her to disrobe it was quite a shock, with the 38-year-old letting out a gasp and rubbing her arms.
And no wonder, for the actress' ensemble of skimpy yellow sleeveless T-shirt, matching trousers and boots was certainly not designed for keeping her warm.

Walk Of Shame tells the story of an aspiring news anchor, played by Elizabeth, who gets an audition at a Los Angeles station, which goes badly.
Believing she has lost the chance to get her dream job she embarks on an uncharacteristically wild night of partying.
She wakes up the next morning with no money, no car and no memory of what happened the night before.

The film was written and directed by Steve Brill and also stars James Marsden, who plays her love interest.
