She's one charitable lady! Sophia Bush transforms from casual chic to glam as she goes from sponsored walk to fundraiser

She's known on her Twitter for her liberal political views and on Sunday, she put her money where her mouth is.
One Tree Hill star Sophia Bush has a very busy Sunday where she managed to attend an AIDS walk and Rape Treatment Center fundraiser.
After going casual for the walk through Los Angeles and Hollywood to raise money for and awareness of AIDS charities, she later glammed up in a white dress for the fundraiser.

The actress, 30, joined a host of stars and 30,000 people on Sunday morning to walk 6.2 miles.
Alongside her was Leslie Bibb and former Ugly Betty star Michael Urie, who contributed to raising $2.9million for AIDS education and prevention.
A few hours later, she looked stunning in a white lace dress and pale pink heels as she joined David Schwimmer, Viola Davis and Matt Lanter at a rape treatment centre in LA.

Her charitable Sunday came after she clashed with a Twitter follower over the weekend over their differing political opinions.
After posting a link to a campaign for the Draw The Line bill for women's reproductive rights, a pro-life Twitter follower hit back posting an anti-abortion status reading: 'MURDER is not a "human right". Ending an INNOCENT life rather than keeping your legs closed is at best - SELFISH.'

An angry Sophia wrote: 'How dare u. Women who get raped aren't "opening their legs". Neither are married moms whose birth control fails...
'Actually, schools that teach abstinence only sex-ed have the HIGHEST rates of teen pregnancy. So your argument is wrong #fact.'
When another Twitter user asked if she was advocating abortion as a means of birth control, she replied: 'Not at ALL. I'm advocating a woman's right to choose b/c NO ONE can judge another person's circumstances.'
