But Lindsay Lohan's weary publicist Steve Honig has quit after nearly two years - apparently not because of her antics - but because he was fed up with dealing with her father Michael Lohan.
Honig confirmed his resignation to the Mail Online on Thursday.
According to E! News, Honig's breaking point arrived Wednesday night after the 26-year-old starlet's father failed at his attempted drug intervention last Friday.
'I'm not discussing this out of respect for my client,' Steve said without elaborating further.
But according to TMZ, Michael lost his temper after the publicist released a statement over the weekend denying Lindsay's management team had anything to do with his planned intervention intended conservatorship.
The often-arrested 52-year-old allegedly sent Steve a text calling him a 'f**king liar.'
His PR firm, The Honig Company, also represents troubled rock star Courtney Love, troubled socialite Brooke Mueller, and troubled comedian Gilbert Gottfried.
