Twitter was buzzing with fans complemented her flawless look, and Kors himself spoke for the majority when he wrote a line of praise for the star.
The designer tweeted: 'Chic, glamorous and the ultimate philanthropist, @GwynethPaltrow looks fabulous in my black cut-out dress #GoldenHeart'

She kept her make up minimal.

Gwyneth was there to show support for her long-term friend, and Glee creator, Ryan Murphy, who was being honoured with the Outstanding Service to the Community award.
In addition to Murphy, famed designer Michael Kors received the Lifetime Achievement award for his continued philanthropic work.
The website describes the awards thusly: 'The Golden Heart Award serves as a model of how the strengths and resources of the private and public sectors combine to support God’s Love We Deliver in our critical work.'
