'I love changing diapers!': New mother Giuliana Rancic on her baby bliss

She loves strutting her stuff on the red carpet as one of America's favourite showbiz reporters.
But Giuliana Rancic has revealed she enjoys nothing more than getting her hands dirty and changing her new son's nappies.
The 37-year-old E! News anchor and her husband Bill Rancic welcomed their first child, Edward Duke Rancic, into the world via gestational surrogate on August 29 in Denver, Colorado.

Revealing she loves literally everything about being a mother, she said: 'I never realised how much I would love changing diapers.
'And how much I would love - and I'm sorry for being gross - a poopy diaper.
'It's like those little things where you go, "Yes! Bill come in here and look how big it is!"'
She also spoke about how emotional it was seeing her son being born, even if she was not the one giving birth,
Giuliana said: 'Being in the delivery room, seeing the baby for the first time, there were just tears of joy, and I just couldn't believe it.

'You just fall in love like that. And Bill and I, we're literally fighting over who got to hold him first.'
The road to motherhood wasn't an easy one for the news anchor, whose fertility troubles and miscarriage were documented on her Style Network reality series, Giuliana & Bill.
Last October the Rancics announced that she had breast cancer. She later underwent a double mastectomy.
She said: 'What's just so incredible is that this year has been truly the hardest year of my life, but it's been the greatest year of my life.'

She is now spreading the word about early detection, and teamed with P&G and the National Breast Cancer Foundation's Do It for the Girls! campaign, which urges women to do self breast exams.
She's also launching her new fashion line, G by Giuliana Rancic, on HSN.
A line of baby clothes may be in her future, starting with a few custom garments for baby Edward. She says he'll make a perfect fit model, joking, 'We'll start him working young.'
